What began as a gig replacing and installing replacement windows – essentially fixing the mistakes of the “other guys” – led Tom Gestach, founder and owner of TJ Exteriors Inc., to make a commitment to quality workmanship. Tom firmly believes in doing things right the first time to prevent unnecessary headaches and extra expenses for hardworking homeowners.

After three years as a technician with a large window company, Tom moved to sales and discovered his ability to educate customers about products, empower them to make informed choices, and help them find the best solution for their individual needs. In addition to the manual labor, the people part is the “sweet spot” for Tom.

That’s why, in 1985, he started his own business, TJ Replacement Windows Inc. The company specializes in exterior products, service, and maintenance. In 2015, Tom updated the name of the business to encompass his full scope of services, which grew from outfitting homes and businesses with new windows and doors to installing siding, gutters and roofing.
